If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may be not eligible for refund. The items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.


We aim to accept all returns. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
