SHIPPING INFORMATION
To be most accurate to our customers, we use weight based shipping rate.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and shipping details.
How long does shipping usually takes?
Economy shipping: 14-28 business days.
DPD standard shipping: 4-7 business days.
Express shipping: 1-3 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EET are accepted the same day and processed for delivery the day after.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM EET are processed on the next business day.
TAXES & SHIPPING CHARGES
Depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to, shipping charges may be subject to sales tax.
Duty taxes, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT) and customs fees are not included in our prices. The recipient of the merchandise is responsible for all applicable import taxes and fees. Please contact your local customs office of customs agent for further information.

The time for delivery estimates by the carriers we work with. PG Industry – PaulaGeorge Ltd cannot guarantee delivery in cases of carrier delays. Please contact the carrier handling your order with questions related to carrier delays.
CANCELATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are eligible to cancel your order while it is in a status of Processing . This applies within 12 hours after it has been placed and you have recieved the order confirmation email.
In order to do submit a Cancel Request, you should be a registerd user of paulageorge.online and request a cancelation from your order view tab in your account.We shall not ask any questions about that.
If you have no personal account in our web store, please notify our support team as soon as possible, by using our contact form.
If you are not happy with the items you have received, you can claim a Refund.

You can ask for a whole or partiall refund of your order.
In the Refund Request form, there are some fields, which will help us understand better your request, so we shall be grateful, if you send us your feedback along with your Refund Request.

We accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with their tags attached in their original packaging.
Please note – all the costs for the return are at customer’s expense.
